PRICES & INCLUSIONS / EXCLUSIONS

Prices listed on Gay Tours Valencia website are per person, unless otherwise specified.

Prices are based on Euros (€).

Prices include local taxes.

Prices do not include tips/gratuities to tour guides; any items of a personal nature; and any beverages or food not specifically listed under “Inclusions”.

Discounts or offers can not be combined.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Gay Tours Valencia accepts the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express. There is a 3% service fee for processing credit-card payments.

Your deposit is 20% of the total amount of the booked services and the final balance is paid on the day of the tour in cash (euro). American Dollars, credit cards and traveller cheques are not accepted.

If you have the balance ready to pay your tour guide would be great! There are lots of ATM’s in Valencia.

If you don’t wish to carry so much cash, let us know and you can make a transfer bank or pay by credit card before your tour date. Thank you for your cooperation.

CANCELATION POLICY

If you cancel the reservation these rules will apply:

Between 24h and 48h before: no refund of 20% deposit.

Between 2 days and 7 days prior: 50% refund of the amount of the deposit.

More than 7 days prior: full refund of the deposit.

IMPOSSIBILITY TO UNDERTAKE THE ACTIVITIES BECAUSE OF EXTERNAL REASONS

In case of voluntary cancellation by the client, no refunds will be given.

In the case of impossibility to undertake the contracted services due to circumstances beyond their control, these services will stop and no refunds will be given by Gay Tours Valencia to the client.

All tours, activities and services offered by Gay Tours Valencia are valid as per the dates displayed at www.gaytoursvalencia.com.
